VHF experiment between Azerbaijan and Georgian amateurs. June 2024
For the first time in the history of Georgia and Azerbaijan, without a repeater, we made a direct radio connection between the city of Tbilisi and Gedebay (near the city of Ganja) on 16th June 2024. RF popwer was about 7 Watts. Amateur operators from Kakheti, Telavi, Rustavi and Tbilisi participated in the experiment. Our colleagues from Azerbaijan Rovshan and Elgun were operating from Gedebay. It was a great and unforgettable experience for me personally. Thanks to everyone who participated in the experiment.
